วันนี้เอาตำแหน่งงานใน fields งานที่ตัวเองทำอยู่ มาแนะนำกันบ้างครับ คือ ตำแหน่งงาน Art Director ว่าตำแหน่งนี้แต่ละที่ต้องการคุณสมบัติ และต้องรับผิดชอบงานแตกต่างกันอย่างไรบ้าง อันนี้ของ Digimagic (Thailand) ซึ่งดูมีมาตรฐานหน่อย เพราะผมเห็นบริษัทใหม่หลายๆ แห่งเปิดรับงานในตำแหน่ง Art Director โดยจัด Career Level เป็น Entry Level อยู่เลย รับเด็กเพิ่งจบก็มี ประสบการณ์ไม่ต้อง เด็กดูสี (Colour Management) ยังไม่เป็นเลยมั้ง แล้วเด็กเหล่านั้นจะไป provide art direction ได้อย่างไร หรือจริงๆ แล้ว บริษัทเหล่านี้ตั้งตำแหน่ง Art Director ไว้ให้ แต่ทั้ง Art Department มีอยู่คนเดียว ทำงานประเภท “อะไรก็กู” เอาล่ะไปดูกันเลย

We are currently seeking a Art Director for our fast-expanding office in Bangkok , looking after our creative teams , and developing our business in Thailand.

The right person for the job may have experience in creative industry – e.g., you may have worked in public relations or the media, or an advertising agency. But most importantly, you understand what business is about and are looking for a new creative challenge. You also know how to run sales team, have good networking and leadership skills, and have plenty of guts and initiative…

Responsibilities

• Provide the art direction
• Project planning & time management
• Actively handles all sales process from prospecting to presentation of proposals service
• Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships
• Handle the profitability of businesses
• Be the bridge between clients and the creative team
• Brainstorm with clients/creative team to solve clients’ marketing challenges
• Ensure that ad campaigns are produced on time and on budget
• Be an expert on the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition
• Drive business expansion, explore and target business growth opportunities

Requirements

Applicants should be:

• Have experience in multimedia production
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Fine and Applied Art , Visual Communications or equivalent
• Proficiency in written & spoken English
• At least 3 years of working experience in the multimedia/marketing industry
• Outgoing personality with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on their own initiative and under tight deadlines
• Swift learner who is prepared to take up new challenges and is comfortable with dealing with people from all levels
• Demonstrate leadership as well as excellent team spirit
• Good networking skills with strong sales acumen
