2010 University Rankings “Top 200 Colleges and Universities in the world” นั่นคือต้นฉบับจาก 4icu.org ซึ่งมีฐานข้อมูล 9,200 วิทยาลัยและมหาวิทยาลัยกว่า 200 ประเทศทั่วโลก web ranking (ranked by web popularity) ครับ

The ranking is based upon an algorithm including three unbiased and independent web metrics extracted from three different search engines:

  • Google Page Rank
  • Yahoo Inbound Links
  • Alexa Traffic Rank

The aim of this website is to provide an approximate popularity ranking of worldwide Universities and Colleges based upon the popularity of their websites. This can especially help international students to understand how popular a specific University/College is in a foreign country.

We do not – by any means – claim to rank organisations, or their programs, by the quality of education or level of services provided.

ผมมีลิสต์ของ Free classified sites เหล่านี้อยู่ชุดนึงเยอะโขอยู่เหมือนกัน เลยมานั่งคัดมาดูสักสิบอันดับ เอากันแต่ตัวพ่อเลยล่ะกันนะครับ มะลองมาดูกัน

Thai Social Bookmarking site

ปัจจุบัน Social Bookmarking มีความสำคัญต่อการทำ SEO หรือ Search Engine Optimization เป็นอย่างยิ่ง เนื่องจากจะเป็นการเพิ่ม back links ให้กับเว็บไซต์แล้ว ยังจัดได้ว่าเป็น back links ที่มีคุณภาพ มิหนำซ้ำยังเป็น one way link ( link ทางเดียว คือ เว็บไซต์ของเราไม่ต้องใส่  link กลับคืน) ข้อดีของ Social Bookmarking Site อย่างหนึ่งนั้นก็คือ มันสามารถทอดสะพานให้เหล่า Search Engines ทั้งหลายได้มีโอกาสเข้ามา crawl หน้าเว็บไซต์ที่อยู่ภายใน (deep link) ได้ง่ายดายขึ้น มีผลให้หน้าภายในเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้นได้รับการ index จาก Search Engines รวดเร็วขึ้นกว่าการปล่อยให้ Search Engines ทำการ crawl มาถึงเองตามธรรมชาติ

ก่อนหน้าีนี้ เรามี  Social Bookmarking site ของไทยอยู่ไม่กี่เว็บไซต์ อย่างที่เป็นเจ้าเก่า ก็คือ zickr.com แต่ก็เป็น Redirect คือไม่ให้ link ให้แต่ traffic รวมถึง lefthit.com, bikair.com และ catchh.com ที่เป็น Nofollow Social Bookmarking site

แต่เดี๋ยวนี้ ในเมืองไทยมี webmaster จำนวนมาก นิยมจัดทำ Social Bookmarking site กันเป็นจำนวนมาก อาจดูได้จากกระแสใน thaiseobard ส่วนใหญ่นั้นนิยมใช้ opensource อย่าง Pligg (Digg like) ที่ทั้งฟรีและใช้งานง่าย อาจมีบางส่วนปันใจไปให้กับ Drigg ของค่าย Drupal อยู่บ้าง แต่ก็มีจำนวนน้อย ( หนึ่งในนั้น ก็รวมทั้งผมอยู่คนนึง ที่ยังจัดทำ และเรียนรู้กับระบบของ Drupal ที่ไม่คุ้นเคย)

แต่จำนวนของ Social Bookmarking site เหล่านี้ จะสามารถยืนระยะ และเรียกได้ว่า “เกิด” เป็น Social Bookmarking site สัญชาติไทยอย่างแท้จริงนั้น เรายังคงต้องดูกันต่อไปสักระยะหนึ่ง

ผมได้ทำการรวมรวมและจัดอันดับ 10 อันดับแรก Thai Social Bookmarking site นับเฉพาะ Dofollow Social Bookmarking site เท่านั้น เพื่อประโยชน์กับการทำ SEO และต้องอยู่บนโดเมนหลัก ไม่ใช่ซัพโดเมน อันนี้ น่าเสียดายที่ social.wordthai.com จะไม่ถูกนำมาจัดอันดับแม้จะมี Google PageRank ถึง 5 ก็ตาม ทั้งนี้จะจัดอันดับโดยอ้างอิงสถิติตามแบบอย่างของสากลที่ทำกัน เพื่อให้เกิดความน่าเชื่อถือ และเป็นข้อมูลที่สามารถอ้างอิงได้จริง ทั้งนี้อาศัยหลักเกณฑ์มาตรฐานไว้ ดั้งนี้

  2. Alexa Traffic Rank
  3. Yahoo! links
  4. Complete.com *

* เนื่องจาก หลายๆ website เป็นเว็บเกิดใหม่ ผมจึงจะยังไม่นำ Complete.com มาร่วมใช้เป็นเกณฑ์ในครั้งนี้ครับ
